CATHERINE

Catherine brings 35 years of dance and teaching experience. Her professional credentials include a BA (Hons) in Dance Education from RAD Faculty of Education & University of Surrey, UK; Registered Teacher Status with RAD for over 30 years, Associate National Dance Diploma (ISTD/NBS) and Affiliate Member with the Society of Russian Ballet (SRB). She is an International Teaching Member of People Dancing UK and Dance for PD®, a Charter member of Dance for Parkinson’s Network Canada and an RAD Silver Swans Licensee.
Catherine has worked with dance schools over the years creating and developing bespoke dance curriculum. Her passion is visible in all her works. She encourages students to look within themselves to develop talents. She mentored new teachers as a Practical Teaching tutor for RAD’s CBTS program. She constantly provides strong support of local communities by creating online dance projects and films.
